Boston-based string ensemble, Kalistos Chamber Orchestra, will present the final concert of the 2005 - 2006 season with a program consisting of Elliott Carter's Elegy, W.A. Mozart's Clarinet concerto with special guest Michael Norsworthy and Arnold Schoenberg's Transfigured Night for String orchestra.

About Kalistos:
Kalistos Chamber Orchestra was formed in the winter of 2002 by a group of Boston area musicians brought together by their common love of music and a desire to contribute to the community.  Their varied backgrounds, perspectives and talents blend together a collaborative environment, creating a unique orchestra that is completely democratic in its artistic direction. The group is fully rotational both musically and administratively, allowing each member an opportunity to explore a broad range of responsibilities and roles.
